“Technology Transfer for Biologics: How to Ensure First Time Success with your CDMO”

* Industry trends in biologics outsourcing
* Critical parameters to ensure successful technology transfer
* Technology transfer challenges and case studies

Abstract:
Technology transfer and scale-up of new manufacturing processes can bring unexpected challenges that can put a program at risk of significant delays, yield loss or product quality issues. Unforeseen scale-up issues, equipment problems, process robustness, product quality consistency and tight timelines are some of the challenges faced during implementation of new processes. This presentation looks at successful technical transfer approaches using a global CDMO. It will also highlight multiple case studies demonstrating how to overcome many of these challenges.
