Dr. Kane has more than 30 years of experience in the science and business of guiding molecules through the entire drug development process. His extensive expertise spans early-stage development to scale-up and commercial manufacturing of drug products, including technical transfers between global sites, as well as drug lifecycle management.
Dr. Kane earned his Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Ph.D. degrees from the Bombay College of Pharmacy, University of Bombay, India, and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the School of Pharmacy, University of Cincinnati, Ohio.
He also holds an executive MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, Canada. Dr. Kane is a member of various pharmaceutical professional organizations and frequently speaks at industry events. He has published numerous articles in international journals and delivers talks at conferences worldwide.
Dr. Kane was recently appointed as an Adjunct Professor at the Leslie Dan School of Pharmacy, University of Toronto, where he will serve on the faculty as an additional responsibility. Don’t miss this opportunity to see Dr. Kane in action.
